Driver misses railroad crossing, crashes into park

A single-vehicle accident landed a motorist in the middle of the Santa Fe Depot Park in Pauls Valley last week.
The 82-year-old driver was traveling westbound on Grant Avenue (State Highway 19) around 11 a.m. March 28, when he averted his eyes from the road to glance into his rearview mirror and was distracted by traffic behind him, according to Pauls Valley police.
