The Garvin County Courthouse will be closed Dec. 31 in observance of the New Year’s Day holiday. Due to the Dec. 31 closure, the Garvin County Treasurer’s Office has extended the deadline for making first-half property tax payments in person to Monday, Jan. 3. The Nora Sparks Warren Library, 210 N. Willow St., Pauls Valley now accepts passport applications on behalf of the U.S. Dept. of State. U.S. citizens planning on traveling internationally may apply for their passport at the library by appointment only. Please call 405-238-5188 to reserve a time.
