Chamber of Commerce announces 2022 Citizen of the Year awards

Connie Upton was named Pauls Valley’s 2022 Citizen of the Year Tuesday night at the Pauls Valley Chamber of Commerce’s annual Chamber Celebration. The Vault Art Space and Gathering Place was honored as the Chamber’s 2022 Corporate Citizen of the Year.
