Laney Chelle Anderson, of Stratford, is graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Alva.
Spring commencement exercises at Northwestern Oklahoma State University will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 4, at Ranger Field.
In case of inclement weather, the spring commencement exercises will be held in Percefull Fieldhouse.
