At 99, Lam inspires others to keep moving

Betty Lam recently celebrated her 99th birthday by donning a tiara and a sash and taking the seat of honor at the front of her SilverSneakers fitness class. After the 45-minute class she was treated to cake and ice cream by the ladies who exercise there with her each week.Her classmates, several of whom are in their 80’s and 90’s themselves, say Lam is an inspiration to them.?...
