Bill Paul spoke at a meeting of the Pauls Valley Historical Society Sunday. Paul is a descendant of Pauls Valley founder Smith Paul and shared how the family came to settle the town. After the talk, Paul signed copies of his 2005 historical novel “Shadow of an Indian Star.”
